Like many people, Lindsay feels the most beautiful when she is smiling and laughing.  As a mother of two young girls, she has a lot to smile about!  A successful life coach with a background in the fitness and wellness industry, she has it all figured out!  It was easy to select Lindsay for this project because her mission statement is similar to mine: to help women and mothers love themselves and in turn show the next generation that there is nothing more beautiful than self-confidence.  She says:

“We owe it to our children to not just teach them, but to show them and to truly believe it ourselves.  Imagine looking in the mirror and loving what is looking back at you….  I love anyone and anything that promotes feeling beautiful.  My passion and purpose is to teach women to truly love the person who is looking back at them.  To finally feel comfortable in their own skin and LOVE themselves as they are!” 

As a professional photographer, I feel the same way about women existing in photographs.  Too often, they say “just photograph my kids”, and they shy away from the camera even when it is a family member trying to capture them with an iPhone.  What are we telling our kids?  That we aren’t good enough to be in a picture?  The internal conversation we have with ourselves needs to change, and Lindsay not only gets this, she promotes it!  We laughed and smiled the whole way through this session.  I had a great time getting to know Lindsay!
